I didn't pack for it and my wife put me in a pair of her panties. Took a few hard drinks to feel comfortable going out in them, but there were plenty of other guys dressed risque so I didn't need to worry. I find that most of the people don't dress the theme (except white night) and some people go all out. You'll really fit in no matter what you wear, so go with something you like.
