Great report and shares a lot of what we think. Only question is...we are members also, and every trip we make, they get to us to upgrade at least 3 times/trip...how did you manage to only get asked this time? Even went for an upgrade pitch that we declined cause wasn't much of an improvement for cost.
Glad that deficiencies are getting taken care of. We'll be there in a month and hope for it to be as good as yours.

We just say no and seems to work. Figured we would see what they had to say this time. Its not worth it for us to upgrade as we only go once a year and if we want a better room we pay for it.

Flight leaves at 7am. We do have almost 2 hours at Midway during our layover though
