I know, I know nothing really cures a hangover but I’m gonna ask anyway.. haha.. I’ve heard liquid IV is good for a hangover the next day and I’ve also heard it taste so bad you won’t be able to get it down. Any opinions? Recommendations? Kay
Just keep drinking!! We've tried a bunch of stuff and found what works best for us is the party patch and a Pedialyte packet with a bottle of water in the morning and before bed. The green juice at breakfast and a drunken monkey at the sexy pool help knock the cobwebs loose too.
Sprite. There was a study done a few years ago by Chinese scientists. They tested a ton of hangover remedy possibilities. Sprite came out on top as the best option...at least in that study. That’s my go to morning drink...and there’s always a cold can in the Temptation room refrigerator!
A cold can of Spite and (2) vitamin B-12's. They work every time. Drink a shit ton of water at night before crashing, ya gotta hydrate.
The liquid IV does help and definitely isn’t the best tasting. We just drink it quickly and then follow with some excedrin and a bunch of water.
