Sorry if this has already been posted...

So, I just recently got into eating Keto. And I was curious about others experience at TTR. Are you able to maintain it? Any tips? Seems like the buffet is easy. But the dinner restaurants might be tricky.

Thanks so much! Our next trip is planned for Halloween.

I’m keto as well, but on vacation, don’t worry about it too much. Buffet for sure, no bun on the Bash burgers, steak at flame, and lots of vodka and club soda.

Eating was pretty easy, but finding delicious drinks was harder. Going to bring little squirty bottles of flavouring this time!

Any favourites as suggestions? I don't usually drink too much and when I did, it was really sweet drinks.

We do Keto too at home, but when we are there we don’t worry about it too much. We just do a cleanse when we get back home and get back into Ketosis pretty quick.

It's do-able food wise, but harder with drinks. We try to be as good as we can first day or so then figure we are vacation and cheat a bit. It's not bad to go out of ketosis every so often so figure we do it when on vacation.
For drinks you could do some liquor on the rocks but could
    be risky :)

my go to is Bacardi and club soda with lime. They don't make them very strong at TTR. To me it tastes really good. That on the rocks thing would have me looped by 2(pm). I do bring a bottle of Papa's Pilar rum for the evenings and drink it straight with a water chaser. I control my number of wet pussies (the drink you dirty minded people) but you're right, it's vacation.
