Any idea what the cheese selection is? Is it like a charcuterie board or pieces of regular cheese with some crackers? Asking for the cheese nerd in myself
The guacamole isn't always the same every place every day (and I normally add a little more salt and some pico to it for more flavor). It's not really a dinner option(unless maybe at the mexican restaurant, but I never had dinner there I think), and I am not sure if it is on the late night buffet at Bash. But the best place to order and then eat chips and guacamole is at the rooftop bar for lunch. It's so nice up there. I just wish their was more people up there partying daily. The mexican restaurant at lunch will automatically serve them to you as well, but be sure to ask for more than the 2oz ramekin they initially provide, if it's something you enjoy. I think sometimes it's also sitting out at that restaurant on the cold salad bar area.
And don't forget it's always cool to ask for fresh cooked hot chips or fresh flour/corn tortillas. I don't mind waiting a little longer for new stuff, and they don't ever seem to give the impression that I am asking for more than I should. Also, at Amores (the mexican place) during lunch, there is a item that is veggies and a white fish cooked in a foil packet. It's banging on corn tortillas with guacamole, w/some of that white crumble cheese. Highly recommend for something light and fresh. (I don't normally feel to "sexy pool" after a mac and cheese burrito).

Great post! We loved the breakfast at Sea Flirt. The "Sexy Coffee" at Romanza is something everyone should experience at least once.
