I've heard single men who go with couples called manicorns. And single men who go with women are just, well, straight men lol. So do bluefish go with females, couples, both?
Bluefish are single males who are in the LS they go with mainly married women and couples (not BI play). It's just terminology, everyone uses different terms. Dudeicorn, manicorn, single male, whatever it's all the same in my eyes.
