    Is there wifi at the airport or will phones from USA work there?

    We had to add Mexico to our Verizon plans before we departed.

    Same her I added the Mexico plan and all calls text and internet worked as they should.

    We use Cricket and the mexico area is included .

    Mexico is included in our Verizon plan. But be aware, the service is not as reliable/fast as you might expect is US or Canada.

    Hotel has WiFi. Good coverage, but data can be slow.

    As long as hotel as wifi. I'm good.

    The wifi is not very good with lots of areas that have no coverage.

    I have coverage in the room. But again the speed and connection to the internet can be an issue.

    A concealed, sort of, benefit of being a T-Mobile subscriber... Mexico and Canada are part of their basic plans.
