I remember some discussion on this on another thread and the general feeling was it wasn't worth the risk. I'm sure others will chime is or try search dohicky at the top.
It should also be mentioned that while cannabis is legal inside Canada it’s illegal to transport it across the boarder (coming in or going out). Even if traveling to/from a country where it is legal. Cannabis and International Travel - Travel.gc.ca
Not sure if this is true, but I read that Mexico made medical Cannabis legal. Of course I am guessing U have to have Mexican citizenship, and have a doctor prescription to purchase at a legal outlet...
Apparently the laws prohibiting cannabis were struck down, so not technically legal. The government is looking at legalization, aiming for the fall.
Not sure on the legality or not of Cannabis vape pens in Mexico, not my thing. I know they don't sell them here. People have brought them in with no problem, whether that is because they didn't get caught or because it's legal I'm not sure.
