On Saturdays at 2 pm they’ll bring out the foam machines and crank up the music...it’s fun! Sitting through the 90 minute Premier presentation does not get you a black band unless you’re there on a member referral. That’s something you’d work with a member with up front before you book your trip. They receive a stipend for sending a referral to the resort as long as you do the presentation. You do receive a black band for that. There are lunch and dinner menus for room service and I think I remember a snack or appetizer section too. There are activities that are in and beside the pool...they keep things interesting for sure! There are some activities where you won’t get wet at all. The WiFi is actually pretty good and you’ll have it anyplace in the resort. Check-in is 3 pm, so if you arrive prior to that you can get checked in, but likely won’t have a room until 3. It’s easy to pull swimwear from a carry-on but more difficult to go through your suitcase to find it. They’ll hold your luggage until your room is ready. Just grab your swimsuit and carry on and hit the pool!
Our flight makes it into Cancun around noon. Not sure how long it will take us to get through customs or how long the shuttle ride is but we will be out there as soon as possible. Ready to relax, have some drinks and enjoy.
