Well it doesn’t look like we are going to be able to do our normal May trip next year due to a couple of graduations. Thinking about July instead. What is everyone’s experiences as far as the weather goes? We like it heat but are concerned with tropical storms and hurricanes.
July is AMAZING there! Great groups of people there and we’re going for our 2nd July trip this year July 10-17
Hurricane season starts in June but most storms don’t get going until August and the ugliest ones are from September to October (yes there are always outliers and good news is that only a couple of major ones in Cancun between 1988 and now (Wilma in 2005 was ugly).....maybe they are due??). It’s hot in July but we did Punta Cana in July (before we found TTR) and just spent more time in the pool!
We have either gone the week of the forth of July or the week after for several years. It didn't matter, we had a great time with a lot of amazing people and groups.
