It is all inclusive. If you are not a member you will not get upgraded alcohol and a very few meal choices. Because you are staying in the tower you get free access to the sky bar and free room service.
With a tower room, it will basically be for you that everything is included. Guests not in the tower and non-members have to pay $20 per day per person to visit the rooftop bar and pool. There are also a few menu options and some premium drink options (and premium bar) which are for members of the resort (it's like a vacation club). Honestly though on your first trip you won't even notice you are missing those things at all. Now outside of that there are some things that aren't included, and you probably wouldn't expect them to be included anywhere you ever visited. Think: the spa, a massage, specialty wine at dinner, and night-time bottle service...though my drunken wife did think the Moet champagne cart was rolled out just for her and "accidentally" order a $140 dollar bottle.
What? Your response is a bit confusing. Yes it is an all inclusive resort with food and drink. Yes, if not a member but if staying in the tower you do get free access to the SkyBar and free room service. If not a member and not staying in tower, then it is $20/day per guest to access the SyBar...which has great lunch selection by the way and room service is $5 per order/use. Yes though, members do get some upgraded alcohol choices but it is really nothing the rave about. As for meals, everyone has a choice of several restaurants as well as the buffet. Members do have a few upgraded meal choices at the restaurants...again nothing to rave about.
Sorry if I confused you but you said the same exact thing except with more detail. Not sure what’s so confusing ♂️
...”a very few meal choices”... was the confusing part and hence my comment about meals at the end of the post. In hindsight, it should have been at the beginning! Anyway what I was stating was that everyone has the same food choices with the exception of a few meals at some of the restaurants that are only available to Premier Members. Again nothing worth noting. Oh, and there were some meals for sale...yes, for cash...that make absolutely no sense! There is a thread that has all the menus posted by @Elle (great work indeed!)...sorry I am an educated idiot and do not know how to cut and paste the link, but here is the title): Complete List Of Food Options & Restaurant Menus At TTR 2019 yes, the rest was spot on as I wrote in more detail
