I’m into that sort of thing personally, me and the wife both really enjoyed it. But like others have said it’s exhausting. If it’s on your bucket list, and it should be, go from December to February and it won’t be that bad. One thing some friends of ours done that they really enjoyed, and is now on our bucket list, was swimming with whale sharks. Our friends said it was remarkable.

Going over Winter Break might be a possibility in the future and a great tip! As far as swimming with the sharks goes? That's a hard pass...

Pyramids and/or ruins aren't the same as boobies at all are they, Paul.

If you've seen one set, you want to see them all!

We took the trip to Tulum and loved it. It is a long day but it’s worth it in my opinion to see the ruins and the culture of the past. I think if you are going to go for a week that a trip to the ruins is a fun way to break it up. We also have been to Xel-Ha and Xplor and would highly suggest trying those out on a trip as well. The party scene at TTR is awesome and why we love to go there but it is also a lot of fun to check out the other things that Mexico has to offer.

While going away from the resort for any amount of time causes one to question that decision, we sometimes do for a day.

We have gone to Tulum, Koba, and Chichen-Itza on different visits. They are long days, but all spectacular, and worth your time, if you’re into ruins, etc.

Did the Chichen-Itza trip. I loved it. Considering what the Mayans did is amazing by any standard. No machines?? OMG, I was left astounded. If you enjoy history, exploring another culture and have an appreciation for accomplishments go. I still enjoy a day with mostly nekkid women drinking at the pool too! Choices.

I’ve been thinking about the early tour with the Amigos but couldn’t decide if it was worth it. Headed to TTR on Friday. We will see...

I like to take guided tours... of bars.

    J/K!

I do enjoy the seeing of the old stuff of history, since our American history is barely 500 years old, for the white folks. Comparing that witht he other civilizations is neat. My problem is, I get about 2, sometimes 3 hours into a hot, dusty or muddy trip somewhere to see something or someones… and I remember I could be in the Sexy Pool with a fresh, icy Purple Shit in one hand and my other hand on Stacia's naked ass... and I question my judgment and decision making.
