Yes. I used them for my Feb trip this year with no problems. That being said my Feb '20 reservation I made at the beginning of March, and received a confirmation number for, was cancelled 3 weeks later by TTR according to them. The credit was back on my CC two days later. I would say keep following up with the resort and have a backup plan.
Unfortunately a lot of hotels do this. A lot of hotels overbook then pick preferred people to get the actual rooms (in the big chains its preferred members, long stays, higher rates, etc). Is a disgusting practice.
So I tried multiple times to book two November reservations with cancelon with no luck. they blamed the resort which I'm not believing. always then try to sell me a different resort. I let them know this is illegal.
I start shopping FOR my wife in the airport waiting for our return flight for the next trip. You better get cracking your behind
