Guys, We may have made a mistake by booking our transfer through the hotel, does anyone know if the hotel uses USA Transfers? Thanks in advance for the help.

No, you literally booked the best ride. (except the only downside is that it cost $40 more then regular USA Transfers). No biggie, you will arrive in style and people will think your a high roller
We booked our transfer through the hotel in February, it was USA Transfers that picked the 3 of us us up in a massive SUV complete with an entertaining driver and cold beer. No mess, no fuss both ways; don't think I'd do it any other way.
I had asked Steve a question about the hotel's transfer service... last year I think as compared to USA Transfers due tot he price point difference. ScubaSteve's right on, the Hotel/TTR uses USA Transfers now and they've acquired a lot of higher-end SUV's (think Lincoln Navigators, like that) to do the runs. Since we've been using those, we've always been the only people picked up and dropped by the drivers. Costs a few more bucks, but it's worth it IMO.
