Hotel Changes

We haven’t been to TTR yet, but after reading this thread’s comments about the pool, I was thinking stilts may be in order!

Well - it may have been nice and prompt and but sure as hell didn't address anything. The least he could have said was "And I will get back to you with their response" Perhaps I am jumping to conclusions, but the response
greatly reduces my initial hope that by giving us his email address he would provide some accountability.

 

Yeah, we always seemed to end up towards the middle of the pool, especially later in the day. Chatting with folks, etc...

Not necessarily. The down and dirty way is to raise the bottom, or at least part of it by building a ledge along the sides at the bottom, A 3' wide, 9" tall deck along the walls would provide a nice platform for many to stand on. That could be done in a weekend. It would be cheap, quick, easy, and would go a long way toward solving the problem.
