I think it has more to do with resource allocation and (cheap) budget. They want everyone directed to Bash where they can much more easily watch them with 3-4 security. If they add other areas it adds significant cost... it's mind over matter. We still come regardless, so they don't mind cuz our ultimate wishes don't matter (if it costs them more)...
Yes I did speak to someone (will not uses name) about this too but they did not want to admit it. They are in business to make money. And things have certainly changed since the reno. They went with guest safety as I mentioned. The location is the issue as they want all bare titties gone before Bash gets going. Recall bare titties at pools and hot tub only. They dont want the mixing in order to attempt to control the rules. The placement of the hot tub makes no sense with Sutra right next to it. Folks attempting to have an early intimate or sexy dinner and all the debauchery going on the other side of the glass! Of course after hot tub closing (which changes based on time of year and darkness) this issue is avoided. And keep coming! Hope to meet up in person one day.
I think the hot tub was a late addition as it wasn’t in the concept drawing or initial videos. Definitely a bad placement putting it right in front of the window. I wish they would have had a ramp going up both sides to Bash, and they could have put the hot tub in the other side. Plus that other ramp would serve the quiet side better.
