Came back end of Jan from a week and this really worked, had no hangovers, no pills needed, and drank every day (and ahem, all day), even brought an extra suitcase just for it: Coconut water! (it's like gatorad without the evil).. Trick is - pass out at night (or morning), with it next to you, when you wake up for the pee, down that sucker before passing out again.. it's like magic... Of course, as others have mentioned.. Drink water all throughout the day, and about every two to three drinks...
We do the Pedialyte powder morning and night, and a Bytox patch everyday. You can definitely tell you were hammered the day before, but no pain or nausea. A drunkin monkey when the pool bar opens, helps get rid of the wooziness. And don't forget the 2am burger and fries!
I find my absolute worst hangovers happen when I haven't eaten enough before/during drinking. Vacation is not the time to diet if you like drinking, that's for sure! They are also bad when I just sit and drink for hours on end. Dancing makes it better! My plan of attack most days will likely be: Breakfast (or lets face it, probably lunch by the time I get up) Rehydrate in jacuzzi with Emergency C beverage and water Hit the gym for some cardio/yoga Recommence drinking at sexy pool Dinner with more booze Booze and dancing at Bash Food/water/bed Repeat
Yeah I wouldn't be that much of a bitch haha. And 5 is plenty. That's all I'd eat actually. My plan is a shit ton of eggs for breakfast and fruit and veggies until dinner. I hear the lasagna is pretty bomb so I need to make sure I have room for 2 orders haha
The do some odd stuff for me, and they watch very carefully. In 2014 they had the big beef ribs, I got 8 of them off the grill, then went and sat and ate them all. Generally I only eat fatty meat on vacation and drink my ass off. (tequila, dark rum and diet coke. Keeps the weight gain down) In the evenings ill have a desert or 4 for carb content. The manager came by our table 3 times, and walked by a few more times. Im assuming to check to make sure that I was not wasting stuff. In the evenings I would get a double or triple burger at pattios. around 2-3 am.

There always different, then they rotate at some point. Normally for me ill take a cheese cake, its a little more keto friendly than most. However I don't give too many fucks while I'm on vacation, just a little more choosie than an all out eat what I want. I gained 16 pounds in 2013 hehe. So not again. I would say if you find one that you like, that becomes the staple desert hehe. Wish our dates lined up dammit! We could do desert experiments and have fun hehe.
