    What do you guys do?

    Supplements?

    Multivitamins?

    Hydration packs?

    Bitters in soda?

    Cheeseburger and fries before bed??

I see a lot of preventative supplements on the market, some are literally caffeine and a b-vitamin, then there are some that have a cocktail of supplements and serums and whatever. Even if its soaking in a bathtub and drinking a beer, I wanna hear it!

None if us want to nurse a hangover until dinner the next day. We want to wake up and slap on our rage face all over again. Tell us how veterans!

I bought Pedialyte dry powder, another couple mentioned putting propell in their drinks.

I didn't know it came in a powder. I've seen the hydration packs those are similar I bet. Probably cheaper too.

Stumbled upon it, I should test it prior to our trip. Hubby tells me that I need to get my drinking game on...lol

Staying hydrated is really the only way but last time we were out we met a couple that had zip fizz, I would definitely recommend that and would bring those next time I’m out

I just ordered liquid IV hydration multiplier packs. More than I wanted to spend but everything else just looks like sports drink mix.

Powdered pedialyte one time and emergenC the next time. Not sure any of them truly help! We never woke up feeling terrible. Always were good enough to head to the gym in the morning and sweat it out.

    Pedialyte before sleep.
Aireborne upon waking, with milk thistle and vit B tabs.
Then green shit (cactus juice) at breakfast.
Hit the gym - sweat it out, then immediately have a Caesar or two.
