I will be doing everything in my power to avoid sleeping more than 7 hours a night. I'm a night owl myself but I have the tendancy to let myself oversleep. I can sleep when I'm dead. I plan on drinking this resort out of tequila.
Do the bars offer any specialty cocktails? Would I be out of place asking for an anejo old fashion? Do they even keep bitters in stock? Ya girl likes her tequila... so I'm looking for palomas, margaritas, classic cocktails with a Mexican twist... or do I need to show those bartenders a thing or two? I'll probably end up bringing my own walnut bitters and Bordeaux cherries, but just curious if that have that stuff.
That would be wonderful. Tequila is our main drink here too. Extra Anejo at all times is a must have in our bar stock.

Sadly they did not have Bitters when I was there last. I friend of mine did bring some so we were able to get the Premier Bartenders to make Old Fashions For her and I. I plan to bring Bitters next time I go .
I I work nights I'll be getting my wind at 8pm and can stay up til 4am easy...we can be night owls together
I'll wake up earlier, as long as I have a beer in reach I'll be good. My wind will definitely hit me by 2pm after I've had some scrambled eggs to soak up the first couple rounds of drinks. Sounds like a plan though!
