Not sure if it’s a country girl thing or just my personality, but my hubby would be the first to say I can hold my own with creepers. As far as venturing alone, never if I’ve been drinking! Otherwise a good swift throat punch should protect me if the need arises. But a simple not interested should suffice I would hope. Never been in a situation that made me feel unsafe so can’t honestly say..... pee in pairs ladies And it will be my first time at TTR, but I have done another topless pool. The vibe tends be respectful from what I’ve experienced.
Hi Jessica My husband has been on the forms more than me but does tell me about what he has read/learned. Some evenings we have read some threads together and find ourselves laughing so hard and even more excited to go to this resort. This is the first time for us going to this resort and it’s the first time for me going topless as well as wearing the sexy things we ordered. I am nervous and super self conscious. I’ve stepped up the workouts and eating crazy healthy as an attempt to look my best. My husband says I don’t need to and is excited for me to be in an environment where people are accepting of everyone
I'm a chick! My other half never gets on here, so it's always me. We were only at TTR once, back in 2011 - but I never felt uncomfortable walking around the resort alone. On I think it was day #2, I drank a bit too much, too fast and passed out in the pool - we were sitting in a group of April Addicts from this forum (getting to know some folk from here really helps!) and they all jumped in to save the (my) day! A nurse in the crowd took over, and a few gals babysat me on the side of the pool until they shuffled me back to our room. The guys were also super kind to Matt (who was not quite sure how to handle the situation - as I had never passed out on him before, let alone in a foreign country!). A few days later, sadly, Matt got bit by Monty and was room-bound for a while. I still went out and about, by myself, and never felt awkward. I hung with others from here. (I even ended up in the guys bathroom at one point, and the guys that came in were kind enough to help me stumble back to the pool... everyone I encountered was polite, fun, and perfect gentlemen when needed) We had a very exciting first trip - ha! For the creepers - I didn't encounter any on our trip back then, but in general, just make sure your fella knows the signs of when you feel uncomfortable, and let him handle it. I can be too polite and patient with some dudes, so Matt always knows when to step closer, or make it known that I'm with him or whatever. If your fella isn't around when you need him, I'd just say politely "Excuse me, I need to go find my hubby/bf real quick...." and walk away. ~Karyn (Identifying as a chick! always have, always will )
Also Saturday morning I was getting home from the gym and my husband was asking me about vajazzling he was reading on one of the forums. Surprising I did know what it was even though I have never done it. I did tell him I’d to it but never got on and replied.
Another question... when trying to secure the twins in those plunging necklines... does double sided tape work alright in the humidity or should I spend the extra and get the tape made specifically for keeping fabric where it belongs.
I think you need the tape made for it however my husband would say why bother when your at this resort so I’m not bring anything like that.
Do you know if a lot of people dress up the theme nights? We have been lining up something for every night we are there.
I wouldn’t worry about securing anything... definitely a place where no one will bat an eye if you “peek“ out for a moment. I way over packed for our first trip.
