Steve I realize its you boat and your show but I feel 20.00 is far too modest. Anyone tipping 20.00 for the entire crew should be ashamed(sorry to be harsh). The crew crew works hard for us to have for us too have a probably the most memorable experience of our lives. At 20.00 each crew member only gets 2.50 each for providing us with hours of drunken erotic debauchery. Not too diminish the work of the bartenders at the resort but I think the boob cruise staff works a hell of a lot harder and deserves a hell of lot more in appreciation than 2.50. Can I get a AMEN!
You're certainly welcome to tip more! $20 is roughly 10% of the tour cost, which I suppose is a little on the low side. I think I just stuck with that figure since someone first asked, ten years ago 15% or $30 per couple would be more reasonable. If everyone were to tip $30 per couple and we had 35 couples then there'd be $1050 in the pot to split between 8, so around $130 per person. $130 in tips for a days work in Mexico is a very good wage. But yeah, tip as much as you feel the staff deserve. There's no ceiling.

We agree! We always tip the crew. Usually $60-$100. Seems like a lot at first glance, but when you think about it. You give the guy at the airport $2-$5 just for moving your bags from the scale to the belt. Bellhop is usually about $5 for the 2 minutes of work taking your bags to your room. Bartenders a few $ for each round of drinks. I am always shocked when I see people tip $5-$10 after the cruise. This crew spends the afternoon with you. They make sure you always have a drink. They are the best host/DJ/Party Starters I have ever seen. Their goal is to make sure everyone is having a great time. They actually earn their tips! IMO, anytime I CANT tell my friends and family about the best part of our vacation, its well worth an extra $60-100!
