As a first timer, we would value someone's opinion about why TTR is called All Inclusive ? What does this really mean ? Does it mean free wifi and free buffet breakfast ? Are we limited in where the buffet breakfast is served? In terms of room options, we had no idea when we booked the hotel rooms since I use Hotels.com for all hotel bookings. I ended up booking the Bash Tower Ocean View for the 5 nights that we are going to be staying (strangely the only option that my Hotels.com app gave me apart from the Penthouse Suite costing $19,000 for 5 nights). Is this good or bad? I did read the reviews about Bash Tower or Ocean view options. My understanding is Bash Tower is a better option [unless of course I was booking a penthouse - which I am not sure is useful if we are spending less time in the room and more time partying ] I ended up paying $2500 AUD for 5/7 and it looks like it was a better deal (it is now showing $2900+ AUD). Is that a good deal? Should I be looking at getting a premier membership ? There are some mixed views about it. Now coming from Australia, it is a long trip but may be we can visit every year and we would love to after our first trip . I would love to know if a premier membership would be then worthwhile ? All inclusive means all food,drinks, entertainment are free.only pay extra for spa and special services, tipping is not required but its very appreciated. As for your room value im not sure.Either way you will eat and drink the price of your room daily.
We book the cheapest room possible, we spend almost zero time there, other than sleeping, which is usually only 5 hours at night, and perhaps 2 hours during the day at most. IF at all. We have not been there since the renos, so not sure on some of the other questions or tower stuff. For me, its about the party, about the sexually charged atmosphere, the um....adult fun, the costumes etc. My wife could give two shit about that stuff, shes a beach girl, read a book girl and chill. On occasion she will join the fun and or dress up, but its not a high priority for her, so each to their own. If you can afford the suite and your ok spending that kind of money, please do so. ONLY if your going to host some parties and room crawl stuff. I would personally spend the money on going 2-3-4 times a year instead. were there Feb 20-27, come find me, and lets chat, drink and have fun! See you at the pool you sexy beasts!
All inclusive means everything is free, drinks, food and room service. As for your room we just booked ocean view the last two times but wasn’t much of a view. This time we just booked garden view due to the fact we were hardly in the room. We heard the bash tower is awesome so you’ll have a great room. I’ve heard good and bad things about the membership. Thank you, that's my view too about the room too. We spend very little time other than sleeping, so to me apart from a comfy bed everything else is pointless. It s just that the app gave me no other options which is a little odd. I was under the impression that I still pay for drinks, wow never been to a resort which is all inclusive like this it's soo cool. Days are slipping by quite fast, can't wait
