Is there any difference between generic brand and viagra ? Aside from the price, at Walmart it’s almost double the price for viagra

 

So on NBC national news tonight there was a report about people from the US going to Mexico to buy diabetic supplies like insulin with the point being paying $200 or so for a years supply instead of $3000. I am type 1 and thought wow why did I never think of this?

Has anyone bought insulin at the drug stores in Cancun?

And ps. I know enough that I could tell quickly if it is real. So please no stories about regulation concerns. Might be worth risking $200 to save $3000.

 

Was watching the same report on the news tonight, this doesn't surprise me. One of the guys I work with when his father came down with cancer the prescriptions in the USA was in the thousands US$, in Canada it was a couple hundred dollars US$.

I mean this may be a way for me to increase my # of TTR trips. If I save $1000s in insulin costs that can go right towards TTR / Desire trips

 

I know of many people who buy there prescriptions in Mexico. They have had no issues. I think it is a great idea for you to increase trips to TTR.

 

Would be nice but if I added every suggestion as a sticky we'd have to go to page two before we saw any new threads. Maybe I should make a webpage on it, but does anyone even read those?

I think they're definitely looking to make a fast buck! (but who can blame them?)

We're just back (today) and had to visit the pharmacy as GG got a nasty, chesty cough. The pharmacist recommended some expectorant cough medicine at $22, said we didn't have that much on us, and suddenly he remembered he had the same, generic (non-branded) stuff at $8!
