Ok so my question then would be what are the responsibilities of that position? As since the reopening this is the first we have heard his name? Or maybe that is the problem
See this thread: Dialogue with hotel re questions asked As I noted, prior to the re-opening, there were some videos posted (I think on the hotel website but don't remember for sure) of the playmakers practicing for the reopening. Mario was "the host" on those videos. Bottom line is I can't say for sure what his function is but it seems like some or all of the entertainment area is part of his job.
FYI - Mario Cruz works for Original Resorts corporate and as such is not directly attached to any of their properties - IMHO you are looking down the wrong path
There is also a post on his page dated January 10th advertising Ritz Carlton hotels. I would say that is also an indication he left Temptation. Looks like @Jen&Kyle was correct. I guess I owe them a drink if we ever meet at the hotel.
So lets gets some of our ideas to the new GM and maybe we can make this place a little more to our liking. The new person is bound to be looking for changes to justify their hiring. Maybe we can bring back some of the legendary TTR fun rather than the corporate package.
I agree - but I suggest we wait for @Steve to confirm the change. Once that happens, I would be happy to start a thread asking for suggestion. But I don't think we should jump the gun and waste a lot of bandwidth.
Not Ents staff but Oliver posted on his personal Facebook a few hours ago that this is his last week working at Temptation He just noted that it is time for a change he will go to spend some time with family. Nikki
