I think the pace is increasing though or so it seems. And you are certainly living life my friend and the envy of many such as myself! Take care of yourself so you can continue for many more years to come!

Maybe they did a GM rotation like they did at Pearl and RM a few years back? I know you are just back from the cruise and the hotel so you can’t be blamed if you let something slip after a day of booze and on the water
Please tell me it's a complete turnover of the Premier team and we're all going to start seeing reward for paying thousands to become members???? And maybe be able to finally login to our Premier account?? Hope to see you in March, Steve. Sad we won't be making the Boobs Cruise this time. But we definitely will in October.
While we wait for word of the change, can you tell us if you think this change will be good, bad, neutral or time will tell?
Based on his response to my guesses I am going with the GM is changing. I would think it would be difficult to tell what a gm changes but know whenever a new GM comes in they want to make their mark. Start filling out those exit surveys for 24 hour pool, jacuzzi open later and sky bar open later. More likely someone new makes changes than with the same people being in charge.
Hope it's a good one. Do you think it's a good change coming? For the love of God, PLEASE use the top floor skybar for at least one party each week, heat the hot tub, and lets have a nighttime pool again! How hard can it be?
@Jen&Kyle - Steve said you were warm, not very warm or hot. So, just for a bit of fun, I am going to guess that it is not the GM. My guess - Mario Cruz. Mario did a video or two pre re-opening with the original playmakers and also was the guy Steve interviewed pre reopening with all of the questions he complied here on Cancuncare. I believe he has responsibility for “concept” and that would include entertainment. Seems to me that is a bit more in line with Steve’s “not ents staff(well kind of)” comment. Let’s see if either one of us is right.
