We are staying in Master Suite soon. TTR's site says they offer VIP transportation to and from airport for Master suites. Has anyone used this and how do you arrange it?
Through Premier? Could be if you book that kind of room non Premier they may also offer the same transfer option If so, they use USA Transfers now. I believe the price is $80/85. You can book USA Transfers through my link for $55 round trip. Cancun Airport Transfers | Private Service with USA Transfers The difference being that the VIP transport uses Escalades, whereas the regular uses vans. Both are private though.
Steve, No, not premiere. If you look at amenities for Master suites and penthouse, it lists complimentary VIP transport. We go to Tenptation every other month and usually use Canada transfers, but, if TTR is going to offer free transfers, we would rather use that.
We looked into this once and we didn’t book thru the resort so it didn’t apply. I assume you booked directly thru the resort. In that case I would email the front desk at... front@temptationresorts.com And ask how to setup your free transfer for your master suite reservations. Expect it to take at least several days to respond.

We stayed in a Master Suite in June. The room includes premium transportation which the hotel arranged. As soon as we walked out of the airport we had an escalade waiting for us... no other passengers and a full ice chest of beers.. it was great. We have the Penthouse booked for mid Feb. Should I be cheeky and ask for complimentary transfers? Save us the price of a couple of taxis
