We would not be interested in that at this point either...but when I was young and single that would have been fun. Even now it might be entertaining for a day to observe, but not all week.
Last June I noticed there were way more single/bachelor parties which lead to issues. Really wish they would crack down on those large single Male groups. Ruins the atmosphere and vibe.
We are a group of 45 - 50 year old guys going in January, and I guarantee you everyone we meet and party with will have a GREAT time!!!!
This was the major reason we avoided TTR. Hope that we won't have issues with singles ....In May at Hedo majority of singles behaved well
March 2018 the singles weren’t nearly as bad as some of our previous trips. Probably just luck of the draw. There have been times though, (April 2011, bachelor party of 15-20 from UK). Never-ending cannon balls into the hot tubs, wife constantly getting accosted on the dance floor, on the way to the bathroom, while washing hands in the bathroom, etc. I was in full defense mode most of the trip—that wasn’t much fun. I know it’s not a very popular opinion on these boards, but I’d be all for it if singles weren’t allowed at TTR, or if there was a way to limit it to 4 dudes per group or something. 15 blacked-out buddies taking over the sexy pool and mosh pitting on the dance floor kinda ruins the sexy vibe. It’s helped a little that we’ve made friends over the years at TTR that will help keep a watchful eye. Here’s hoping march 2019 is low on the single dude count.
I’ve been single and as a couple at TTR. Both awesome experiences. I will be going single this coming April. I have met enough regulars that it’s like a reunion and I look forward to meeting new people. If I could say a few things they would be Be social but not over the top Be respectful Participate in the themes If you are having fun the fun will come to you. Just my 2 cents worth.
