I find it interesting how the dynamic has changed throughout the years. Of course possibly my perspective and awareness may be a factor too. But related to your comments I have noticed way more couples looking for the wife to play with a single guy OR with just the husband of another couple at the new TTR. Maybe there are less single guy options or it is more socially acceptable or I am getting hotter with old age (that is a joke FYI). Regardless while single female hookups are possible I think they are less likely than the hotwife scenario if you are open to that type of stuff.
I never noticed single, non single, or swingers hehe. There are signs though, like an upside down pineapple, or the white Cancun swingers wrist band with the red lips. Age range 30-50 mostly, and I find that the reason its more acceptable is that were all there for a good time, stuff happens when you drink, and as long as you and your partner have some rules for the what if scenarios your ok. Biggest thing I can say, is can your jealousy and relax. FEBRUARY SHIT SHOW!
We’ve only been to TTR 8 times ..whether it’s a demographic change or certain months being slower than others idk? We haven’t noticed a change in single guys at anytime we’ve gone. We have went throughout various months and I have never had a problem finding a friend if so wanted one whether one night, two nights, or more if ones up for it!! Although, as you said in regards to Hotwife situations with couples, there have been more opportunities in recent trips since reno. I just giggle when people tell us there aren’t single guys at certain times or months....(maybe I’m like you Kyle....getting hotter with age, and YES...joke)!!
IMHO, swingers and LS are two big differences ... if couple enjoys having sex in public or like watching other couples having sex, they are LS , but not swingers

I have never heard it differentiated that way and don’t think that is a common definition. I think these days more commonly the terms are interchangeable
There was discussion about those 2 terms on Desire forum and we agreed that LS is much more wide definition than swinging.
We have only been there in June (once) and returning in June 2019...so others may have better knowledge, but if you are hoping to be there when more singles are there many posts indicate that is the case in around typical spring break times like March.
That was the reported last year in March. The guests visiting then definitely noticed a much higher group of traditional Spring-Breakers and the drama the kids turned loose in another country bring. And by drama we mean lots of single (and likely drunken) young dudes thinking it is a free-for-all, and cliquey, selfie-shooters posting every 3 minutes on Instagram to show the new bikini they got at Kohls. I'm probably overly-generalizing there, but you get the picture. There are a lot of regulars avoiding March this year for that reason. We're certainly planning around it.
