Hello, I was wondering if volleyball has got any better since last Dec? None of the playmakers were really even interested in playing volleyball and when they did play they were not very good. I really miss when Manuel and JJ would get together and we would play 2 on 2 or their friends from other resorts would show up and we played four's later in the day.
Played a few times last July and it was good. Got large enough of a group that we needed to start rotations. Seems like everyone is shy to go out when its first getting started, but once a group is there then it picked up.

We are going to Temptation Jan 29 for 1 week ....If there won't be volleyball, my wife will kill me .... I promised her volleyball
I have to totally agree with you observation about the player staff. We were there in May, there was days that the staff never even announced that there is volleyball starting on the beach. There seemed to be a lack of Desire to generate people to play volleyball. Saying all of that, we have been going for years, each week/day it depends on what type of guest are there at the resort. Normally the morning time frame for games, was tougher to get get "hungover people" want to play ball. Afternoon session was much easier to find people to play.
We show up Dec 8th to the 14th. We have 4 people that love to play volleyball in our group. We really like playing competitive but it is hard to get the right people to join. We also like playing just for fun as it breaks up the day a little bit and you can sweat out all the booz from the day before. Only thing is when you get some people out there that don't know what there doing people can get hurt. My buddy got his thumb broke from someone smashing through the net and I broke a toe because someone came flying under the net. Anyone that will be there same dates up for playing 4x4 later in the days would be awesome
