Not sure how to do the change when at TTR but know they will try to rape you and ask for your first born child, from what I've read don't take the first offer they give you. For us I do this on the initial booking through the third party sites, Expedia, so I know what to expect and not have the hassles when we arrive. T
Thanks very much for that. So when you initially book your room through the third party site you have the option to upgrade your selection before you confirm your room choice and that option provides you with a discounted value for an upgraded room? When we originally booked a year ago the option for Tower room was quite high...that's what peaked our curiosity. Thanks
At the old TTR the cheapest way to get the best rooms, like a jacuzzi room or suite, was to negotiate and upgrade on site. Not guaranteed of course but some risk. You can still do that at the new TTR and everything is negotiable, however our experience is they have been much less willing to move in negotiations. I still think it is cheaper this way but takes a lot of effort and willingness to walk and stick with what you reserved. Never hurts to ask for a price and then counter once received. If they ask you for what you would pay then shoot low.
That’s how it was on Bookit. Room choices but no details on updates or a lot of details. We would have wanted to upgrade if we had a bit more info but OH Well
I've never had a red band. I think red bands are for non members/Referrals who book a MS or PH, but if you are Premier or on referral and book those rooms you get black.
I must have been seeing things when we saw you at the dinner reservation area. I'm going to bame it on the FakeNewsTeam we were drinking with them all day. T
I have heard of “tower shows” it maybe forum rumor but sounds exciting I just wonder if we get there an think are room is to small or want a tower view if we can upgrade at the desk (if there’s available rooms of course)
