it’s our first time coming Dec 8th! We booked online but didn’t see anything about wrist bands. Not sure which one we have, if we can or should try to upgrade?
band is based on room type as to color of band which room tupe? but if not a member or on referral from a member you will not get a black band
Okay! Well we’re not members or plan to buy in on our first visit. We picked a plush room with a Jacuzzi.
Members and Referrals get black bands, Tower guests get blue bands and the rest white bands. I have gone twice with white bands and have always gotten great service and treatment. I have also stayed in a plush jacuzzi room and we loved it. See you on the 8th!
And there are other color bands for non members in Master Suites and Penthouses. I cannot keep track of it any longer!
If you aren't in the Tower you might pay a $5 fee to go up to the roof pool and bar. It is a beautiful view but pretty quite. We have always stayed in the tower with the blue bands, don't see much different from the white bands. This will be our 3rd trip and see no reason to buy in.
We didn’t get a lot of options when we used Bookit. Not a lot of details like towers or wristbands only the amenities we wanting. We may use something different next time but I feel like we will be getting wild an having fun whatever color the band is! Visiting the roof one night sounds like a must!
I didn’t realize there was another. I agree, too many to keep track of! We are staying in the Tower this time. We were on the fence between Plush Jacuzzi and the Tower but went with Tower for the access to the roof without paying the $20 everyday. We get there on Sunday. Can’t wait!!
