seems they added more blackout dates for Desire pearl than they advertised leading up to cyber sale. orginally had listed jan 1 onward now march 22 onward. no dates for jan or feb. Temptation rates are no sale, you can find cheaper through the wholesalers. They lost us as customers this year as we decided to book Hedo
I think we can all agree that this is the sale that isn’t! Our Premier prices are better with no sale at all. I believe this just infuriates and turns people off.
I have to wonder if this was a marketing move to increase premier sales. If the primer prices seem better than the sale price perhaps some will spring for the black band. Lets face it once most of us get the bug were coming back. It may not be our preferred dates but we will be back the other resort just don't have the party that TTR has.
The whole travel industry pricing thing is seriously effed up in my mind . We were looking at going to couples san Souci in Feb , got our price at 5 grand CAN all in flights taxes etc etc .....thought about it for a while ....yes lets do it ....go to book sorry its gone up 500$ a person no changes to dates or anything WTF!!!!!!! Total BS if you ask me .....
Yes. Totally legit. We have ALWAYS found Expedia to be cheaper than the TTR regular price or sales price AND have found Expedia’s discount site cheaptickets.com to be even cheaper than Expedia/Orbitz itself. All same company
Well, in typical Temptation fashion, in spite of earlier info, it appears more than one person was able to get a referral 25% off the sale price. This would make a mid June referral 210 per night (281 sale price less 25%) which is a good rate. I was told that this price depends on “when you bought in or upgraded”. I am not at home to see exactly what language applies to my upgraded contract (June of this year). Hopefully, I’ll get it sorted out before the sale ends Monday night.
Yeah not such a great deal Room for 2300 USD so about 3050 CAD Or Package including room, flights from Montreal and transfert from the airport for 3120 CAD and they actually send me back cash card for 130$...
Thanks - we've now booked through Expedia for March 10th at the price we want. Looking forward to our first trip to TTR, usually go to Desire, so its a bit different concept (no total nudity, singles AND couples) so we'll see how it works out.
