It looks like my man and I will be at Temptations during Shitshow! We laughed when we read this. Who is Shitshow? It's our first time at Temptations (been to Hedo a few times). We're in our late 30's definitely and like to party with all ages but don't like being the only ones under 45. Looks like this group is pretty mixed? I didn't even realize Temptations had travel groups.
I love the 80's exercise theme idea! What do you think about expanding the Superhero night to include Teletoon Adult SWIM characters (characters from Archer, Robot Chicken etc.)?

 

Haha, funny u should as "who" is shitshow as there is a girl an an awesome show we use to watch nicknamed "shitshow". But, in this case, it's just an accurate way to describe the fun, random, drunken awesomeness that is gonna happen during the shitshow week....

I've heard the term SWIM before but dont know exactly what it means. Maybe u can help, lol

This will be our 4th time. First in a few years though. We are in our mid thirties ourselves and can say that since starting to go in our early thirties we never felt outta place even though at the time we were definately on the younger side.

The group isnt really an official group our anything. The groups you find on here just kinda help bring people together and get to know each other before heading down. The shitshow week tends to be a fairly popular vacation week in general due to family day (canada) and presidents day (usa).

 

You know how in some pools they will have an "Adult Swim," time? It's usually like the last hour they are open. I think Teletoon was making a play on that concept with their night time adult programming by calling it adult SWIM. But that was at least a few years ago. So maybe that's why you haven't heard it. I just thought it might be a cool way to expand on the Super Hero theme. There aren't exactly that many female Superheros. Outside of Wonderwoman I can't think of any. Lots of non-superhero female characters though.

 

And I hope to meet Shitshow herself. Perhaps she is a superhero

 

I read about the Chuck Norris idea after I made my adult swim cartoon characters suggestion. Dozens of Chuck Norrises would be amazing.
