We were there is March it was open 24/7. In the mornings there were some but walking by afternoon it looked like a ghost town.
Last November it was fairly easy to work out in the morning. It definitely was peak busy but nothing compared to gyms back home where you have to wait for everything. For a resort it has the best gym that I have ever seen. Not a lot of free weights but lots of great equipment. The staff there are really friendly and helpful too!
Stay in your room do all the push ups squats and thrusts you can handle and do it naked and take a shower together after
lol...yes but hidden away enough to not be in your face and a reminder and hinderance to letting the real World get in the way of being on vacation! If you want to use it you have to hunt for it and seek it out. back Unfortunately, we do nearly every day to stay on our typical daily life routine and to NOT come back home to the real World 10-15 pounds heavier and further out of shape. Yes, the older we get the easier it is to put on unwanted pounds, and even harder to get them off. We go to the Gym at TTR so we can eat and drink what we want when visiting. Let’s all recall though, you cannot exercise your way out of a bad diet.
