sorry you wont be there when we arrive. 6 sleeps and counting.... May visit the Walmart as thats something I havent done in the previous 6 trips. Havent been to the rooftop pool yet either and looking forward to it but the forecast looks horrible for next week. May mean more drinking and sex but less sun.... oh well
At Walmart I see you pay some things in dollars. Do they take dollars for everything? Can we use a credit card? Thanks
We always visit Walmart on our trips to Cancun. We pay in USD but they give change back in Pesos. They offer the exchange rate a little bit less than what is shown on current rates, so we first check to see what they are using for their exchange rates, and figure how much we want to buy to leave with as little pesos in our pockets as possible. If I remember, the exhange rate was close to 17 peso to 1 usd in June 2018. good luck and have fun
Walmart takes dollars, pesos and credit cards. Pretty much any business does now that I think about it.
A good bus tip you can stay on the bus you can get get a cheap round trip tour of the Cancun strip. Hop off and on for pictures or shopping. If you go early in the morning you wont have to miss any TTR fun because they are all mostly still sleeping. Then when you get home you dont have to explain why you dont have any vacation pics. LOL
