We’re switching to Temptations. We’re looking for the a recomendation as to which room would be best for us. Our main concern is noise as we need some r&r as much as we need to let loose. We’re looking for the quiet side of hotel, which we believe is plush jacuzzi rooms but we are intrigued by the pool butler service you get in the bash side? Is it worth an additional $70 to move to the bash tower? Is the bash side that rowdy? Is jacuzzi under rated? Help!
Towers are not as quite as the older rooms. We love the ground floor rooms by the quiet pool.. make sure you ask for ground floor, not first floor if you want no steps.
Are the jacuzzi rooms the ones with the jacuzzi on the balcony/patio? or are they IN the room. I'm thinking I would like a room with one on the balcony. (wanting it a LITTLE higher than ground level. Not sure we are ready to put on TOO much of a show for passerbys.... lol) But I'm thinking one IN the room would make the room too humid. Also, what is the best way to be sure to get a specific type of room. I hear lots of stories about people not getting the rooms they expected/reserved.
The jacuzzi rooms near the quiet pool are all on the bottom floor. There are curtains for the modest guests. The Lush Tower suite rooms also have jacuzzi balconies, but are on floors 2 (could be 3) to 7. Yes, not getting the room you requested should not be a surprise.
We stayed in the lush tower with a jacuzzi the last trip (I think it was seventh floor). It can get noisy, but it never bothered us because we were usually out until 2am and then up awhile later And we liked the view. The jacuzzi was great and used often. Our shows were more NC-17. Ha.
Not complaining because we actually forgot that we were supposed to have a butler, but we only saw him once.
I can tell you that my wife loved the butler service (and he was really good). He would text us in the morning and let us know our pool chairs were ready and ask what drinks we needed. He would book the massages for us (sensual was very nice) as well as any dinner reservations. And we would always have shots waiting for us in the evening when we got back to the room. I've read reports on both sides regarding the service but for us it's always been amazing. And when we go to Temptation it's to completely let loose, relax, enjoy ourselves. Because when we get home, we are the butlers to two kids again.
Must be Texans whom get the best service! It must be our charming personalities and appreciation Ours has been great each time too and expect will be again on our upcoming trip in Oct-Nov 2018 and future trip in April 2019.
