never heard of anyone paying all - inclusive fees upon arrival always been included in the room booking Are you premier and have nights you are using? Or did you book and are looking at the price thinking this is so low it must not include All Inclusive. Well it does. The entire resort is All Inclusive. There is no one not All Inclusive staying at Temptation
We booked through our RCI timeshare and we have to pay the all inclusive fees day of arrival. I’m not sure what payment methods they accept. This is our first time going through our timeshare with TTR, typically we pay full out of pocket. Otherwise we just paid our resort change fee of $175 day of booking. We go in March with the timeshare so I’ll be curious to know the answer as well.
We have booked through RCI twice out of our 13 trips. And yes you do pay for your AI fees when you arrive at the resort. We paid with our credit card but I would say it might be possible to pay in cash. Your best bet is to call the resort about that. Paul

It turns out, that isn't necessarily true. When we were there for a Memorial Day, we talked to a guy who was staying as not all-inclusive (or at least that's what he claimed). He said the resort was very much against him doing so, and that he was paying an exorbitant amount for his drinks (like $15-20 each) via a tab at the pool bar. If I remember right, it's because he had RCI points for a free night, and had calculated that the amount he would eat and drink would be less than the all-inclusive fees.
Interesting. First I ever heard of that. So it sounds like the scenario is you are exchanging a timeshare from another place to go to TTR. Didn’t even realize that was possible
It is possible to do. We have a timeshare though bluegreen and looked at using rci. A basic garden room would have cost a additional $340 per day for us in all inclusive fees. We opted to not go through rci.
Members at Premier Resorts also have external exchange options through RCI or other companies for trips anywhere in the world and it includes car rentals, flights, cruises and accommodation. Typical accommodation is a 1 bedroom condo at resorts for about $299 a week and of course points. Most don’t include an AI fee but it’s pooukar in Mexico. External exchanges is one of the values of membership that most often gets left untapped. Using RCI for all inclusive is rarely a good value but some folks have lots of points as well as can combine in the AI fee without much pain. In the next 6 months we are using RCI 3 times for 1 and 2 bedroom condos in Whistler, Austin, and Scottsdale with each costing under $400 per week. Worth looking into !
