I wish I had contacts in immigration! LOL Our particular airport in Denver has upgraded their immigration processes immensely in the last 2 years. If the airport that you connect at is just almost as good, I think you will be pleasantly surprised. If your flight to Cancun brings you to Terminal 4 you will again be pleasantly surprised as it has been simplified and streamlined in just the last 6-9 months. Hopefully all goes well for you and you are able to hit the ground running (or partying) upon arrival at Temptation! Looking forward to meeting ya'll!
Hope you are right!! Years since we've been to the states so we are excited to be pleasantly surprised! We have lots of time but we'd rather avail of some of that delicious American beer while waiting for the flight as opposed to being stuck waiting for some overly fussy official to just stamp the damn paperwork!! We can't show up sober in TTR at 10pm on naughty school girl night!
Hey All, We have completely missed this thread..We haven't a clue what Wedgies is but we are British, so we will plead ignorance....5th visit to Temptations arrive on 3rd October leaving on the 15th. I think it's because we are 'wedged' in between Octoberbreast and Halloween. Fun group by the sounds of things on here. We Want to room crawl too, maybe we can set something up for the 12th? Do you have a big birthday?? I'm Irish and the wife is Scottish. Should be good for a scrap when we meet up!!
The term 'wedgie' is because this random slice of mid-October had no organization for theme night planning and we are 'wedged' in between 2 preexisting groups, 'Octoberbreast' and 'Hotties and Hellraisers'. We begin where 'Octoberbreast' ends and we end when 'Hotties and Hellraisers' take over! The term 'wedgie' is what you call it when your shorts are wedged between your butt cheeks! LOL The Room Crawl is pretty simple. They are done in many different ways. Ours is more a 'meet and greet'. The mob gathers at the Lobby Bar around 8:30pm for random shots while we get organized. From there we are herded to the first hosting room for additional shots. From there it's on to the Sports Bar for more shots! Eventually we make it back to the Bash Bar for our final round of shots and to enjoy the resort entertainment that evening. The crawl is done in theme attire so we'll be a bunch of sexy schoolgirls, nerds, etc...... makes it a lot of fun! We try to spread the rooms out so that we get to roam throughout the resort and act the fool. I think you'll have fun! Welcome to the group!
Well we’ve been 4 times to TTR within the past 11 months so not too worried about it. We will prob do the whole trip at TTR tho and next year do something different. 5 nights 6 days is plenty for us as well. We couldn’t handle 7-10 days like a lot of ppl haha
Looking for 2 - 3 room hosts for each Room Crawl. Each room can put out a Tip Jar to help offset their alcohol expense. There is a liquor store right across the street from the resort.
