I tried for two days to book on the website and it threw errors about not connecting to a database. I wonder if that’s been fixed.
they will not price match for combo deals .. hotel and flight ..they say since some of those deals are crazy cheap they can't do it haven't used the website I called in to the premier line
We had a hotel only deal that was FAR below their rate. Sam called and offered to book directly with them if they would come close and they refused to discuss it. If they really are doing this, it is BRAND NEW!
Why would anyone book thru them if theyre only going to match the price youre getting anyway? Where is the incentive in that?
Mainly because of there is a problem with the reservation, you deal directly with them instead of trying to deal with Expedia on a cell phone standing in the lobby. (Done that!) Other than that, not much.
