As I’m sitting here browsing the form suffer the effects of an accidental party. You know how it happens “ran into a chum with a bottle of rum . . . “ (You should know the rest, if not I don’t think we can drink together.) I am realizing that at 52 I can still party like a rock star, I just don’t seem to recover like one. This got me to thinking in Cancuncare land what does everyone do to prevent or cure their hang over? I have only truly only been hung over 5 times in my life despite closing many of bars and waking up cracking an eye then fist bumping the air that I made it home. However, as father time creeps up on me I may have to take you responses seriously and have countermeasures in my arsenal.
Only 5 times??? Sorry to say, but you just didn't drink enough the rest of the times hahahaha! As for a cure, there is only time, but some things can speed it up: coffee after coffee pooping (seriously, expunging the demons is a must!) HIGH salt fat and carb breakfast like a greasy sausage and egg McMuffin (this ***IS** why McDonald's was invented and is the only time I eat it) Tylenol exercise - yes, IT SUCKS but sure helps get the blood pumping and filtered much faster. Did I mention exercise hung over SUCKS? cracking a cold one by 11am BOOM - ready for day 2. You're welcome.
Temptation is a different animal for us....we were drunk and woke up hungover during the same day then after Bash at night. Between the pool fun, sports bar when it rained, Bash party, room fun, people throwing shots our way, boob shots .......oh and the constant sweating, an IV may be the only thing keeping you afloat...
