What exactly is a "Room Crawl" and how do we participate?

OK guys, what exactly is a Room Crawl? At what point are we literally crawling?

Do I need to bring games (Parcheesi, Yahtzee!, Old Maids)?

Is there a formal signup process? Can I bring the popcorn?

How do we find out the whens and wheres (July 15-18 period)?

Is there a Secret handshake or door knock?

Can I get a Rotary makeup?

 

I am glad someone else asked, cause we have no clue what they are as well.. We were curious ourselves... Sounds like a good ole game of twister is in store!!

 

Room crawl is a pregame party before hitting club bash. Usually 2-3 hosting rooms that the group travels to. Each host room can do whatever they want. Definitely have some shots, maybe a game or two, and first look at everyone’s theme night attire. It’s basically a meet and greet. Hope that helps!

Since the resort is all inclusive, will they deliver alcohol (bottles and mixers) to the rooms for these parties? Or does this need to be brought in from outside?

 

All sorts of things happen at room crawls!

 

There is one on the 16th I think! There's a thread on here somewhere.

 

We started one on the July 14,15,16,17 & 18... thread... Crawl is on the 15th

 

We are setting one up for August 12th, it’s posted in the forum
