Absolutely do not use SuperShuttle. Left us hanging on our return trip to the airport and never called us and told us that they were going to not be there.

There really is no point in using any other service than USA Transfers. They'll be the one thing you can absolutely count on during your entire trip. And lets face it, if you're headed to TTR with the same mischief in mind as most of us, we need at least one solid thing we can count on at some point during the trip.
Totally agree with all the above about USA Transfers. It's one thing to get to TTR, that's easy and anyone can do that, getting picked up and back to the airport on time so you don't miss your flights USA Transfers is the best.
Anyone have experience with Lomas Travel? We booked through Southwest Vacations and that's what they offered so we booked that as well. I'm wishing we would've seen this forum beforehand! Would've definitely went with USA Transfers ... trying to see if we need to book that instead anyway! -Katie
It's not their first day so you will probably be OK. But many of the group travel places want to group the transfer van to the resorts also, and if they go through the hotel zone first (which they usually do so they reach the closest resorts quickest, and they are always turning right to enter a resort), that makes TTR the last stop. It can be an excruciating hour or more from airport to TTR door taking that option. With USA Transfers you will be the only two in the van, and they generally bypass the slower traffic route to all the other hotels. They get you to the sexy pool a lot quicker. It's always seemed like the $60 round trip for USA Transfers was money well spent to us.
You will be fine with Lomas, likely a shared shuttle so it will take about 30 minutes longer to arrive at the resort.
We learned during our first visit to Cancun that a shared shuttle is a killer. We were the last ones off!!! With USA Transfers, you book on line, pay the $55 to the driver set back and relax. Just tip them for their service and head to the Sexy Pool!!!!
