When you arrived at 11 were they able to hold your luggage while you went to the pool? Our flight gets in at 7am and wanted to head straight there.
Yes they will hold your luggage take a bathing suit in your carry, hopefully they will allow you to use the spa to freshen up. Last time the young lady that check is in gave us a flat out no you can’t use the spa to change hopefully you have better look
We've used the spa to change. It was no big deal. I think the nail or beauty salon once also. Just took the suit in and asked to use the room for a moment.
The express check in absolutely works. We have a formula. Tell them by mail how much you love the place and especially the check in experience. (we all like praise). Next we tell them on all our seven trips we've loved always have a room overlooking the quiet pool, but we are open to a free upgrade. Smiley face. You've got an anchor price of the quiet pool room, that's the minimum you will get. Drop in a bit of Spanish 'hola, muchas gracias' sort of thing. When you get there absolutely ask about the free upgrade. We got an ocean view last time. I'm not sure if it's my accent, hot wife or the fact that they think I'm special but it appears to work!
yes most definitely and in a secure area. even if you need to get to it just show them your tag and they will take you to it...had to do that last time as we had to rearrange our carryon as one checked bag was 1 lb over weight.
I wear my suit under clothes on the plane, and apply sunscreen in the shuttle on the way to the resort!
