Sheer and Sheer When Wet Swimwear

Are sheer and sheer when wet swimwear acceptable in the pool area for women?

What about men in sheer or sheer when wet? Is this done? Acceptable?

 

Both men and woman are seen wearing it but it is mostly women.

Yep sheer all good mrs has a few and most of her diner/bar wear is also sheer
