USA Transfers now have the contract to supply the transfers for Premier. The price is $80 round trip for 1-3 people. Some may ask why the difference from the usual $55 if booked through our link: Cancun Airport Transfers | Private Service with USA Transfers It's because Premier require their provider to use SUV's. Previously USA only had vans and cars, so they've bought a bunch of brand new SUV's particularly for this contract. You'll also be able to book the new SUV's for airport transfers through this site shortly at the same $80 price, in addition to the van/car option at $55.
A SUV for a 20-25 minute ride to/from... for an additional $25. Since Stacia & I have never had anyone else with us on our way to TTR or DP or DRM when using USA Transfers... and the minivan is clean, the dude usually provides ice cold beer, and the service is smooth and problem-less, I think I'll save my twenty-five bones and stick witht he van. I mean, if you really wanted to go Lux, go with Lomas travel and get a chilled-out, leather interior Escalade for $105-ish or so.
I used USA transfer for the first time on my just completed trip (Pick-up 6/24. Return 7/3). They did a great job - on time and courteous. I booked them through the link here on Cancuncare. Late last night, I got an email from them saying I had left something in the Van and they would ship it to me (at my expense) if I could fully describe it. I had a suitcase and a small beach bag with me and both made it home with me - and nothing was missing from either. I emailed back and they said the item actually belonged to someone else. None the less, I was very, very impressed that they made an effort to reunite the item with the proper customer. I will use them again (via Steve's link) and will stick with the $55 option, as I see absolutely no need for an Escalade for the short trip from the airport to the hotel.
Do you have to be premier for that? Is there a way for a regular booking to choose something different than a van?
