We have a booked referral for Aug 30 - Sept 5. When I called Premier today and asked about the sale details I was told that we were ineligible for the sale because we had already booked and it was only for NEW bookings. I pressed the issue a bit and asked why I was being punished for booking too soon? The repeat answer I received over and over was "That's just the conditions of this sale". I'm going to bring it up again when I'm in my sales presentation, but I doubt it will get me anywhere.
Yep, that is the way it is. The sales by the hotel are about promoting the hotel and attracting/obtaining new guests. We have been told the same thing and we are members.
For what it's worth... I had a trip booked last year and was able to cancel and rebook under the cyber sale to get the buy 2 get one free deal. Membership has it's privileges lol
