yeah, i actually even was a little uncomfy with $100 a night suggestion but we do prefer the tower. Absolutely would not make that contingent on the sales presentation. My attempts would be $50 a night for a plush jacuzzi room (we like entertaining and being around the quiet pool if in a reno room instead of new) and maybe I would start at $75 for the tower and hope they counter at $100.
Asking for a friend, in plush rooms on first floor is being naked on the balcony a no no? Last time our friends pulled the blinds down during the day but looking to be more adventurous next time.
We got the Jacuzzi rooms for our trip in September. Wondering if I should call and negotiate and upgrade to the tower now....
I'm happy to hear this! We were on the fence about saving $ and going with a trendy garden room but decided we wanted to at least try the tower rooms once. We have a Bash room for our next trip but I think we will try a Lush room on our next one!!
We tried the Tower in Oct17 and although nice we decided to go back to trendy garden in Apr18...And again this coming Aug18 and Nov18...and next Apr19. We have rooms we like due to proximity to pool but far enough away to be quiet. But ee were happy we tried it so we know for ourselves. Room was certainly a bit larger with more storage. Also di not like hiking thru the lobby to have to use elevator and long walk to room. As I always say...different strokes for different folks. Worth a try so that you know for yourselves.
Had a jacuzzi before the remodel. Have to think they are the same size or bigger. We are average sized and for two it was more than enough we had four and it was right but worked. Also it guarenteees main floor. Nothing great to look at at TTR anyways
