Almost time! So let's see who the CCC experts are! Who is gonna win? Italy?.....err.. oh ya...lol..A--HAA!!! Germany? Brazil? Portugal? Or will Vladdy orchestrate a Russian plot for the hosts to win? How will the English fare? Will they get past the quarter-finals? @Steve I am far from an expert but I am saying: SPAIN (Only because I love Las Ramblas in Barcelona, and Mar wants to live in Majorica someday) What say You?
This dude was on the Corona can in my USA transfer. And I am pretty sure this the Mexico team, and they are basically Eagles colors. So I am going with them for the win. (Clearly I know nothing about the world cup)
Hey looks like North America has already achieved a win! The United bid (Mexico/USA/Canada) won the right to host 2026!. Finally Canada gets some World Cup games......and weakly backdoors into the tournament.
That's the player on the can (It was actually a corona). Can't you tell the image on the can is pretty much an exact likeness, hahahahhahaha.
Oh... I thought it was an animated mascot or something. BTW...I like your reasoning for picking a winner. I got to find me a country with Vikings colors.
I was going to say Spain or Brazil. I'll go with Brazil since Spain just sacked their manager. No, England wont make it past the quarter finals, they'll likely be playing Germany if they even make the quarters and we have a very poor record against them. Probably wont be taking too much interest myself this year.
Lost interest in the Premier League years ago. Too much money spoiled the competition, same 4 or 5 teams winning everything year in year out for the last 20 years. I take more interest in the Championship which is the 2nd Division where my team play. As a result I know very little about the players in the current England team. Also quite a lot of matches are at 9am my time, I used to enjoy going to a bar for a couple of hours before the game with a bunch of other fans, enjoying the build up with a few beers. The games are too early for that this tournament. Plus 50 years of consistent failure doesn't exactly bode well for our chances this time around
Germany ........... not sure how the brackets line up but Germany and Spain are the best teams in the world......then Portugal and then Brazil.
