Chris has seafood and gluten allergies and after talking with the hostess her meals at the buffet were prepared in the back to he specifications in a separate cooking pan for the two weeks we were there without a problem. Key is let them know and they will address any problem you have and make sure your eat well! Case in point.. last October the Sweet & Sour Chicken in Sutra didn't have flour and Chris loved it. This May the recipe had changed so it did. Spoke to the Captain, let him know a couple of hours before we planned to arrive, and they prepared a special batch just for her without flour. Jamie
FYI,, they ask , then don't follow through , twice for us at the steak place ,, so don't put too much trust in the fact their asking ,, just be carefull
