    Checking in June 9th an read somewhere that u have to give a credit card at check-in an they put $400 on it. Is this true? An is it refunded after checkout?

    I've never heard of it, but maybe they take that for incidentals? In case you shoot your load on the wall to many times? Keep it clean and you'll be fine!
